Never! We do not believe in hidden charges. No matter how many colors you wish to use on your graphic design, it is all included in your package. If you look at our design portfolio, you can see many satisfied clients for whom we have created multi-color designs. Whether one color or ten, we have the experience it takes to create the exact image you need. However we always prefer to keep the color usage minimum which also helps you keep your printing cost low. The package price is the final price.

A branding project takes on average 2/3 weeks depending on complexity, while a website design can take up to 6 weeks. Every project is different so, if you have a deadline, please let us know when you get in touch.

We require an initial payment representing fifty percent of the total fee, before we can commence work on your project. The remainder of the balance is payable upon completion of the job. For projects where the quote is over £500, we require an initial payment of one-third of the total fee, before we can commence work on your project. As the project progresses we will require payment for the second one-third at the halfway point. The remaining one-third of the balance is payable upon completion of the job. However, we might allow for a different payment plan that suits both parties.

On the other hand, if you see a graphic that you like anywhere on the web, tell us the URL in the order form so we could use the same style or idea to recreate your original graphic (not copy it).

We listen to our clients from the start. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues. Once the design project is ready for print we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be cancelled. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats if payment was made for design services.

Absolutely not. There should be no problems at all no matter where you are. That is the sole purpose of having our business online.

In fact, we specialize in professionally incorporating your local language preference in the graphic for example Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, French, Spanish, Dutch or any other language of your choice. That is why we provide a multi language website for your convenience.

Yes we do. We keep backup of our clients graphic for a certain period of time. If for any reason you require another copy of your graphic please don’t hesitate to Contact us. However we suggest that you too keep a backup copy of the graphic format just incase you get into some sort of trouble. The graphic formats should fit on a CD for your own backup.

No, not the actual artwork files unless, agreed upon in the proposal or be a part of the offered Design packages. However, ALL approved web images and high resolution images purchased are 100% yours one the project is fully complete and paid for.

Sometimes customers require our services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full our production schedule is. These jobs are usually subjected to an additional charge on the flat hourly rate.
